PBS aired another excellent one hour program titled "Three Days in Baghdad". A civilian reported embedded himself with a 12 man humvee patrol unit of the U.S. 10th Mountain Division as they went about their daily routine in Baghdad.
They went about checking on needs of the locals and visited several towns some of which were still hot spots, and while the responded to a firefight between Iraqi police and insurgents.
Chances are this program may have aired in your area already, but check the late night PBS program listings. They have a tendency to rebroadcast a program like this in the dead of night 2-4 days later.
PBS recently aired another program called "Frontline: A Company of Soldiers" that covered the events of another unit in Iraq.
