Enjoy painting a large scale figure
The large size of the World Figure Series is perfect for representing the finest details obtaining a very realistic model. Tamiya presents a 1/16 scale figure of a WWII Wehrmacht Infantryman in a walking position. Figure is featured in traditional German Army uniform of WWII era. The MG42 has been accurately reproduced in order to make this figure even more convincing.
A new type of figure
This highly detailed 1/16 scale figure includes many first time features. Two head parts will be included in the kit- one wearing helmet and one not wearing helmet. Helmet can be attached to belt for figure not wearing helmet. Figure to be assembled with parts for replication of MG42 machine gun connected to shoulder sling. Kit depicts figure in walking pose, and comes with base stand that reproduces the ground. Perfect for assembly in a 1/16 scale diorama. Decals for replication of insignias are included.
A figure easy to modify
The Figure is depicted with a 1940 German uniform which can be easily turned into a 1936 uniform by just changing collar colors. Decals for shoulder straps representing various ranks are also included. The MG42 can also be replaced with a MP40 machine gun, giving your figure a completely different appearance.
