I have heard it is quite good and on the order of Das Boot and Stalingrad. It's on my long list of movies I eventually want to get. |

I some of it at a convention, the guy showing it told me spielberg saw this in film school, and has several parts he took and u see in saving private ryan, cept as the americans. i saw two parts in the film that are very close to the movie. so i cant deny it, but i do want to catch the entire movie sometime. i just did not want to pay 30 bucks for a dvd. the tanks looked a bit cheesy, but with a low budget im sure, it was not easy.

I've been meaning to get a copy of this film myself. You can find both DVD and VHS copies of it at International Historic FilmsThe VHS is $20 and the DVD is $30. |
