Has there been any more news generated about SWOTL2? I wonder if they'll call it SWOTL2... probably not. I cannot wait.

No new news as yet. The game isn't due out until next year so they're probably still working things out. I haven't seen anything posted on their "official" messageboad in quite some time. Another WW2 sim I'm keeping tabs on is a private venture by a UK group making a Lancaster night bomber sim, called "Target for Tonight". www.nightbomber.comThis game probably won't see the light of day until next year if at all.

I'm looking for a copy of 'Secret Weapons of the Luftwaffe' PC game. I found an original SWOTL game but it's on 5.25 floppy disk. Would anyone have a burnt copy of the game on CD?

The original swotl was great. Hope they make the swotl2 the way it recalls all the all exciting variety of features of swotl1. V1 , V2 (possibility to S&D) air-to-air bombs, vertical fired rockets (Komet) - and the planes themseves. Famous b17 with all positions u can take (pilot, gunners, bomber). Undestroyable p47d. Swift p51d.The Jet one the shooting star. ME262 shwalbe!. ME163Komet 7minute plane, glider the rest of time Gotha the mighty 4 x 30 mm cannon flying wing! Ehh. that's only the 30% of SWOLT I mentioned. I wish they caould remake it the way it used to be with no change but gfx and the engine. If they could, another commercial succes is at hand BTW: Richars's swotl page rocks My custom mission: swotl.home.attbi.com/miss/3beers.zip

The tentative title for the game is SWOTL: Hitler's Revenge. The premise seems to indicate that the time period will start in 1946. So it sounds like we're talking about many of the prototype or design only aircraft that never saw combat or were even constructed. More than likely some of the conventional aircraft will also be included from the late war period.
There was mention of a basing the game on some sort of storyline. I personally hope not.
Rich Muth's website has all the goodies of our old SWOTL Group from Prodigy available for download. He's done a great job of archiving all our old stuff for those diehards out there. You'll find all my old custom missions for SWOTL and BOB there.
