www.bluesnews.com/cgi-bin/articles.pl?show=628a little info about this WW1 flight game, and u are able to download and try it for 2 weeks for free, and i guess it will later release as a retail game. i may try it but i doubt ill by it until its retail, gotta hook up my joystick now.

I guess Dawn of Aces III would have been more meaningful if I had ever heard of I or II. The #1 online WW1 flight sim still seems to be Red Baron 3D. Tons of boards, mods, and other stuff ares till dedicated to it. One other game to watch for in the future is "Knights OVer Europe": www.aspectsimulations.com/Prod_KOE.htm

Those screenshots are nifty. They almost look like renders. I hope it plays as good as it looks.

Those screenshots are nifty. They almost look like renders. I hope it plays as good as it looks. It does look good. I think I'm getting a little too old to play games that require joysticks. The old reflexes are probably slowing down and I haven't even tried installing my Sidewinder stick on the new machine yet. It used to be plugged into the port on my Turtle Beach soundcard, but there doesn't seem to be one on the new SB Audigy card. Looks like I'll have to use the USB adapter and use a USB port this time around.
