www.against-rome.com/main.php?lang=enthe demo was just released pitting the Romans against the barbarian hordes. its 224 mb. ill prolly give it a try when i get my new system squared away, as im out of room on my old one.

I've been keeping casual tabs on this one for a while now along with about a half-dozen other Roman Empire games being developed or recently released.
I'm not terribly impressed with the graphics of this one. Plus, it's main focus is on the barbarian tribes fighting against Rome, which is a bit of a switch.
I've been watching Against Rome, Pax Romana, City States Stone to Steel, Imperium The Rise of Rome, Roma Victor, Rome Total War, Strength and Honour, and in the past, recently released games like Legion, Praetorian, and even games like Gladius and Roma Victor.

is the Rome total war , done by the people who did Medievil total war? that was a pretty good game, never got to play the expansion for it, vikings, i think it was.
