Anybody know where I can find blank hex mapboards? I have a picture file that lets you use a graphics program to edit it on the PC and then print it, but it's tough trying to get the scale right and sometimes the low-tech method is easier. Also, I'd like to find sheets of blank pieces if anyone is still making them.

Can't say that I do. If you had a scanner you could scan a hex grid off an existing map board and the using a graphics editor overlay that onto to a scanned terrain map of the approriate scale and then print the whole thing out.
Most AH game seem to use a set size hexagon, and they just adjust their game scales to match. If you can find a map board with without any terrain at all like a game from a sea warfare game you could scan that, then make the blue background a transparent color leaving just the hex grid. Then overlay your map terrain with this transparent image as a new layer and then save it and print it.
