Patches/Updates for MS CFS 1 ?

I got the hankering to reinstall CFS1 to see how it performs on this new card. Are there any patches out for this game? I went to the official Microsoft site. No pathes were to be found. But a game this old is bound to have at least one patch out.

i saw no patches, just those added things i listed. i guess they never released a patch, which is pretty weird since almost everything has one. i own that one and cfs2 , and i may get the 3rd one. not sure yet.
