What??? Diablo 2 you say to yourself? Yeah, the game is showing its age but I never got around to playing it when it first came out...being too addicted to EverQuest to bother with much else. The graphics may be dated but I'm still having a blast with this game. It has great atmosphere and enough randomness to have immense replayability. It's simple enough so that I could start playing almost immediately and yet has enough depth to it that I can still be learning things after getting characters well into their 60s.

Well as an update since my first post, I'm still heavily into Diablo 2. The add-on adds a lot to the game and the 1.10 patch even more so... The Assassin is still my favorite though Paladin is running a close second. Got 6 Assassins going at present with the two highest being 71 and 65.
The only problem I've had so far is getting connected with friends on Open Battlenet. No trouble with the Ladder characters but we can't connect on Open...tech support said they need to change some settings on their routers but they don't know anything about them and neither do I, so I guess we'll just be playing on the Ladder.
