Too bad for the pilot and passenger and the plane. Must have been very intense there for a few minutes.
The article mentions that it's the only flying HE-111 left in the world. I wonder what happened to all those HE-111s they used in the movie Battle of Britain.? Two made a brief appearance in the later Patton movie, but none have been seen in movies since that time.
