Minor board navigational improvement

I've added a link to the bottom of all pages just below the threads and messages where you can click to jump back up to the top of the page making it easier to get back to the board navigation links if you wan to instead of using the JUMP function at the bottom of the pages.

Just locate the "Click here to return to top of this page" link and click.

I would like to make a suggestion, when you get to the IP do a time skip(ENTER), the game will then terminate the skip and notify you of Danger. Go to the radio room and send a message to climb or dive 2000 ft. This will usually throw off the radar altitude of the Flak and save you on aircraft damage and losses.
