i was watching Mail Call on the history channel. they showed a new recon, ambulance, troop , and support dune buggy. its Called the Flyer 21, Flyer i believe is the make, it was pretty amazing what they showed, the way its designed it can go through almost any very rough , difficult terrain. it has a triple spring system for each wheel in case one is damaged. and its motor is mounted in the rear, so if a front wheel is blown off it still can drive away, the tires can be shotup as well and still function. they had many different versions of it. I think the Marines have it already. It can mount a .50 cal, a mk19 grenade launcher,,,and some type of antitank weapon, but they did not specify. IT weighs about half of what a humvee does but can carry almost the same amount of weight. It was designed by a former Israeli military vehicle engineer i think. the company is in california. anyway i tried to find info on it tonight and i could not find any pics or substantial info on it. you can fit one in a large chopper, i think it was the chinook not sure, i only saw the tail for a sec, or put a ramp on one and drive one directly on top , and then ride the 2 of them into a C-130. i thought that was really cool. if you guys can find some info and pics that would be cool
