Got a spare $130,000 lying around? This outfit will build you a accurate replica of the SpƤhwagen 221, 222, or 223. Using plans and custom parts, chasis frames, and components. They will hand build you an exact duplicate of the German armored car. Check out their website.

When I was stationed in Furth, Germany in 1958, seven of us got together to buy a car so we could get around better. The two guys we sent out(one spoke perfect German), came back with a Six-Wheeled armored Mercedes staff car complete with a machinegun mount. We drove the thing(it was HUGE), for about a year and a half and had to sell it because the Battlion commander thought it looked bad for a bunch of G.I.'s to be driving all over Europe in a Nazi military vehicle. The thing burned fuel like a fiend and could outrun any MP vehicle out there. I honestly didn't realize what it was worth, I bought a Porsche 356A with part of my share and Uncle Sugar shipped it home for me. My wife a I had a ball in that car for ten years, absolutely nothing could stay with it on winding roads ;D ;D.
