How can I download them if they're not available? LOL.
I wanna play this darn game, I wish the teasers and tidbits would stop so I could possibly concentrate on something else while waiting for CotN!

I didn't see it until I just opened the thread to see what you posted. Ah, well, the game is still a ways off. They are still working on the alphas and probably early in-house betas. Next will come the beta test and then the long wait until probably October or November before it is finally released. These are just guestimates on the timetable, they have not posted any definite timeline for beta testing, or the release date just yet. I'm sure it will be well worth the wait. Did you download the newer "in game" video clip? It gives you a quick peek at what the game looks like while running.

That's one thing I liked about the entire Caesar/Pharaoh/Zeus/Emperor series: just as with CotN, they keep you up-to-date with how things are going and give you a chance to see (and hear) the game as it progresses.
No I haven't downloaded the latest video...with my dial-up connection I rarely have the time to devote to larger downloads and I really don't like leaving the machine on for an overnight attempt.
I'm currently nearing a dry-spell in gaming so I'm thinking more and more of giving Caesar III another go. I wanted to get Matrix Games' "War in the Pacific" but it's a download-only (although they give you the option of buying a back-up CD for an extra 10 bucks but phooey on that...I want a REAL manual, not that PDF garbage). I'm also waiting for their "World at War" due at the end of August, and "The Sims 2" sometime this fall.

In many cases, the videos can be had from game magazine websites like Fileplanet and Gamespot. They have a download manager applet they install that lets you pause the download and resume at a later date.
Check out the new thread I will be posting next about the new "Exclusive Trailer" posted on Gamespot today. It is very much like the E3 trailer but has additional scenes added.
The in-game video clip is just 8MB or so so you should be able to grab that in a couple of hours or less.

8MB huh? Hmmm. I could probably download it in 40-50 minutes then. I had a nice dl program on my old computer that ran Win98 and it would allow me to pause almost any download and pick it up again at a later time but don't have one on this XP machine. Those new screenshots look great -J
